Grace Communities is a faith-inspired nonprofit dedicated to supporting Adult Foster Care homes that serve residents with progressive and acquired cognitive disabilities — including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and developmental disabilities.
We focus on ensuring residents receive dignified, compassionate, high-quality care, while promoting sustainable practices and standards across the homes we support.
